Unlike some networking groups (ahem!) we don’t require referrals. Referrals are earned, based on trust. That said, the best way for you to earn referrals is to give them. Circles are built on the understanding that the members are actively advocating and rooting for each other’s success. Referrals come naturally out of that environment.
We encourage members to meet one-on-one with other members of the group on their own time. Face to face meetings build relationships, trust, and put a human face behind your referrals. Circle moderators will match you with another professional each month as a recommended meeting, but it is up to you to schedule meetings at your convenience. There are no required meetings.
When a new member submits an application, we schedule a short interview and review their business. Professional diversity is an important component of a great group and we seek to bring together members from a variety of backgrounds.
We will place you on a waitlist. We are always launching new groups and as soon as one becomes available, we’ll reach out and offer you a placement. Placements for approved members are first come first served, so make sure to sign up today!
If you have been invited to a specific circle by a member of that group, and your profession is not currently represented, you can absolutely join an existing circle.
Forum is a separate circle from your core circle composed entirely of peers in your industry. We group members together in non-competitive geographic markets so you can have candid, honest conversations with people in your same industry. Share best practices, challenges, resources, and great ideas without worrying about competition.
Yes, however we launch forums as we have spots available. To ensure the national peer Forums maintain trust and intimacy, we cap forums at 25 members. New forum members will be added to Forums as they are created. If you’ve signed up for Forums, you won’t be charged unless you have been actively placed in a forum group.
Engage+ is like having your own accountability partner to track your growth and make best use of the network. Monthly one-on-one calls and quarterly strategy sessions help to accelerate your business.
If your business isn’t geographically located, we will either add you to an existing local group or a non-geographical group if available.
We require members to join for at least 6 months to get the full experience of the network and get to know their group. After your first 6 months you can request a group change (based on availability) or cancel any time — but you won’t want to!
